I love this wonderful community kitchen! I am interested in getting more information about the Cook’s Workshop, because I am currently trying to get a cake and pastry design business started. I need a certified kitchen to bake from on a (semi)regular basis so that I can get a catering license and begin growing my business. Is there someone I can talk to about working with the Cook’s Workshop as a stepping point for my pastry designs?

Just wanted to touch base with you. I have the place rented for Friday,March 30th. We are having a rehersal dinner and Applewood will be catering. Will someone be able to unlock the door for him to set and will someone come after to lock up and collect the check for the balance. Thank you for your time, Jan
